For the first time in fifteen years I had enough Cab Frac to do a Varietal bottling! Yippee! Not a lot, 28 cases, but enough to put a smile on my face. There is a little splash of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in it to round off Cab Franc's rough edges. I hope you enjoy it.
